We own a 2018 Sprinter 353fwden 5th wheel. The floor is sagging by 1.5 inches under the refrigerator slide. 5 out of 10 gusset/outriggers holding the wall are broken. additional are damaged. we suspect that the unit itself was engineered for a smaller fridge, but has a residential fridge. It also has other typical rv issues. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or similar, and what should we expect from Keystone? (it was towed to the factory in Oregon Dec. 30th, and have been told it could be 4-8 weeks or longer to be repaired.)They are not telling us what will be repaired, just that they will give us the breakdown when it is complete and ready to ship back to us. :banghead:
