New here too.. Jarrod is the NAme I own a Keystone Hornet 31rbds.

I pull it with a 04.5 Dodge cummins Diesel 2500 short bed. with a Full Billit HTS tranny and SMARTY knocking on 555HP. appx 17.8 towing a 9k trailer.

Welcome to the Forum and thanks for telling us about your RV and tow vehicle. I am sure someone who has some electrical expertise will chime in about your power - or lack of - problem.
