Hey everyone. We are in the process of selling our Class C and downsizing to a TT. The local dealer where I bought the C now carries Keystone and the DW fell in love with the Cougar line up, especially the Cougar Xlite 21RBS.

So, I guess I'm looking for info on Keystone in general and the Cougar. I know that all RV builders will produce a lemon now and then, and that build quality is hit and miss.

What I'm looking for is are there any major design, structural or build issues to look out for. thanks

If you use the forum's Search feature and type in the information you are looking for (Cougar or Cougar Xlite or ??) you should find numerous posts/threads about these two models. Browse through these and I am sure you will be able to come across a number of posts which might answer your questions.
As a Cougar owner (5th), I have been very satisfied with ours over the past 3 years. We like the layout and, while there have been some very minor "fit and finish" problems that are common with any mass-produced RV, they have all been very easily fixable. Overall, we feel it has been very good value for the $$$.
And welcome, BTW, to the forum!

We just bought a new Laredo built by Keystone. I have had a few questions for keystone and there customer service is top notch, someone allways on the other end of the phone. In other forums there are good reviews on Keystone. I think you'll be happy with them. As far as the Cougar I really don't know but our Laredo is super.
