View Full Version : Fuzion nightmare. What gives Keystone?

I'm going to try to make this as short and sweet as possible. I bought a brand new Keystone Fuzion toy hauler in July with hopes of full-timing and relocating for work. Fast-forward to today, where I'm in my trailer at the dealership still in their "camp ground," because I have not been able to leave once. I ran out of time and my apartment lease was up, even lost a job because I had numerous issues preventing me from taking the RV and moving out of town. I've had almost a dozen issues, currently waiting on 5 things as I type this, including a water leak under the kitchen sink I didnt find right away, and now I have peeling linoleum on top of wet plywood and still soaking wet insulation. The leak was fixed last week but still waiting to get someone to drop the belly and grey tank to inspect the damage.

So far, I've had 2 water leaks, 4 issues with front black tank (that was finally replaced), a bad radio, a refrigerator issue, a bad rear AC unit, two jacks failed and leaking, and a main entry door that was never installed correctly and is wearing out/rubbing on multiple spots around the frame. Keystone is also being so cheap that they dont even want to replace two peeling FUZION decals, they told the dealership to "clean and apply glue" to the existing decal.

I've been reaaaaaallly polite with the dealership so far, since Keystone has their hands tied, but I'm at the point where I don't trust this unit at all, especially since it literally has not been on the road once since it was delivered to the dealership originally. Keystone is giving me the same line of bull****, but at this point I'm worried that I need to get a lawyer involved. Has anyone had a lemon like this, or dealt with getting a replacement trailer under warranty/lemon law?
