Toilet recalls

Does anyone know if the 2018 Hideout 272LHS has a 300 Dometic toilet.
I understand that some are defective and have been recalled.

There is no current recall but there has been in the past; has been a number of years through. The water inlet valve was the issue at that time but I think they have since fixed this issue. I had one of the toilets covered under the recall, a 2012 Sunnybrook.

It's not an open recall, as it's not a safety item. It is however a goodwill policy to replace them. Seems that for a year and a half (per my discussion with Dometic) they were assembled improperly. You'll be given a free replacement 300, an upgrade to a 310 with standard seat for $50, or an upgrade to the 310 with the soft close seat for $75.

Take a photo of the toilet and post it, someone will tell you which brand and which model.

I would like to know this too. We have 2018 Passport UL - when you flush, there is only a trickle of water.

Your issue may be a bunch of debris in the screen where the supply line attaches.
