The same fridge is used in many different brands of RV's Hard to blame keystone when they didn't make it. Kinda like blaming keystone if a good year tire blows. If you just bought it take it back and get it fixed .it could even be a simple fix.hopefully it works out for you. And welcome to the forum.

Just thought I'd drop by and say howdy
Took delivery of a new 2020 Springdale 32TH on 11/16/19
Took our first trip last weekend, and the fridge went out before getting to our destination 45 minutes away, going on another trip Thursday afternoon, guess we'll be using two coolers.
Thanks Keystone !!! For a quality product that didn't even make it the first trip before something went wrong 👍👍👍👍
Good thing home Depot sells mini fridges...

You might want to look at the bottom of this page (or any page) at the bright red "disclaimer" arrow that states this site is not affiliated with Keystone in any way nor, as far as I know, does anyone from that company monitor this site.

As far as the fridge failure, as the previous post mentioned, your beef would be with the fridge manufacturer (Dometic, Norcold, etc.). Since it's new I would suggest you contact your dealer and have them take care of it under warranty to hopefully save you some trouble, or, you can take it up with the maker of the fridge up front. Your Keystone warranty covers everything front to back for 12 mos. so the dealer will run interference for you and do all the work if you want them to do it. On the other hand, it could be something very simple that you could fix in a few minutes and not have to worry about the rest; you just have to look into it if you think it's in your best interest.

There's various simple reasons your "fridge went out", but with only that explanation it's hard to tell where to begin to help you out.
Is it set to "auto"?
Is gas on?
Battery fully charged?
Battery disconnect "on"?
Just to name a few simple cures!

Glad you're back. Hope you find a resolution to your fridge issue via either the dealer or the maker of the fridge. If you want to troubleshoot it (and not void the warranty) you might give the folks here a chance to help - lots of knowledge here. As far as a mini fridge....I would rather use the coolers. :D:D

Thanks for the help folks, pretty sure the cooling unit is Tango Uniform. Gurgling like a fish tank.
