We have a 2011 310RE. Bought it in July of 2010. So far very pleased. My grandkids like the roominess of the living room area. Had a 29RL before this one. My wife says, it is so much easier to make the bed on this 310 than the 29RL. Probably my only complaint would be, the black tank valve is difficult to open and close. The other 2 valves work great.

Bought our 310RE in Oct 2010. So far been to Florida, Plymouth, Virginia Beach and around Southern Ontario. No problems so far. Heading back down to Florida in Dec once I get back from overseas.

We bought ours in Aug. of 2011 and really like all the room and storage.

Have over 12K miles on it so far and loading up for AZ now to leave after Christmas. We removed the two chairs and replaced them with one comphy
big easy chair and a small table. We really like all the storage. No major problems so far like the FR model we traded in for this.

Happy Camping

I found this pic of the new chair that relaced the original two. Hope it comes thru.2052

Does anyone have trouble with the hot water facuets squeeking when you turn them on? Mine do and it seems it comes from the inside just below the handle. They are not serviceable and no parts are available that I have found. I just wondered if someone may have found a solution.

It's probably the o-rings on the ceramic discs "squeeking" as they slip inside the faucet cutoff valve. If it "gets to you" and you can't manage to listen any longer, you can remove the faucet, turn it upside down and spray the water inlet port with silicone, operate the faucet handles a few times, leave the faucet upside down for an hour or so to help the silicone flow toward the "innards" of the valves, operate the handles a few more times and then reinstall. All should be better now.

What happens is the faucet o-rings are dry, supposedly lubricated by water with use, but sometimes the o-rings don't "leak" water around themselves and they stay dry causing them to "squeek". The silicone should stop your "squeeks".

I discovered something a while back that some of you may want to know. While trying to adjust the brakes on my 310RE I found they were not adjustable. So I contacted the AL-KO factory because I could not find any info in the owners manual about self adjusting brakes. After some research and giving them the part number off the axle they confirmed that my 6000 # 8 lug axle does have self adjusting (forward) brakes. I have attached the parts breakdown in pdf form they sent me. This takes a lot of stress off us worring if the brakes need adjusting. Hope this will help someone.

That is good to know however, I don’t think your attachment came through.

The forum said it was too large to send. Guess I could email it if you want?

If you still have it, could you either send it to my email or my address? They are:

Did you try zipping the pdf doc to see if it will go small enough to attach?
