Furrion sound bar

Have a 2019 Sprinter Limited new. The Tv will not play through the sound bar. Just the radio, Bluetooth,it's hooked to a 55 inch tv but no sound tried everything . Anybody have one of these sound bars,have hooked up a different tv still no sound??? Why have a sound bar if the tv won't play it.Would appreciate any help..

If the sound bar works with the stereo, are there audio jacks on the back of the stereo (AUX) that you can use to connect the TV audio output to the sound bar by using the stereo AUX jacks and selecting AUX on the stereo ???

If it was like our new 2020 Alpine the HDMI cable was installed in the wrong TV HDMI plug in. I reconnected to the number 1 input and then had sound through the sound bar. Hope this helps
