Purchsed this unit three weeks ago and while travelling last week, noticed slide appeared to struggle when extended and then with the final inch, the slide dropped with a loud bang. Checked underneath and discovered that the teflon giude bar has separated from the bar and rolled up. Was able to twist the teflon back a bit and retract the slide. It is now at the Dealer (Mike Thompson) for EW repair. Has anyone experienced this type of failure?
