Awning lights

We cannot get the awning lights to turn off. We bought a 2020 22RBSWE and this is our second time out with it. Worked fine the first time. We tried turning them off on the awning arm, from the control panel, and from the phone app. They dim and brighten, but won't turn off. Help?

If it's a 2020 it's under warranty.

It may be an issue with the In-Command system not responding to appropriate inputs. You might try disconnecting the trailer battery AND shore power, then after about 5 minutes, reconnect the battery and reset the In-Command system. That "should" get you a "fresh start" with the capability to operate the trailer systems from the control panel. You'll probably need to reconnect your phone to get the system to recognize it again.
