Hello --

I have a 2008 Outback 23rs. I just got it and noted that the drain hose for the refrigerator was threatening to crumble to bits. So I Youtubed how to replace it, but found that it was blue gooped to the outlet behind the fridge. Once I removed that and pulled out the old drain hose, and tried to attach the new one ... the outlet fell back behind the panel of the back of the fridge. I hope you are following what I mean.

Is there a way to get in there and pull it back out so I can attach the new drain hose? Is there a Youtube on it? I've searched, and I may be using the wrong search terms, because I can find nothing.

Please help!

Thankies!

Thankies!

On the cover there are four plastic retainers, you can use a medium sized slotted screwdriver and turn them 90° (I believe right, but could be left), and it should pop off with a light tug, they are plastic so don't use too much force. Feed it through, put cover back on, ensure cover is placed properly before and after turning retainers back to normal.
