Local Campground in Upstate NY

I had the opportunity to stay at Southwoods RV park for a week. Talk about peace and quiet, I talked with people from all over and they were regulars from other states. Some were snowbirds and others were local. If you have a family they have 2 pools and lots of outdoors games for kids and families. I highly recommend this place.

I've camped there once a few years ago in the fall. They had a really cool haunted house, not sure if it still is being used, heard it wasn't. Walking around the campground at that time of year with all the leaves changing colors was nice.

One of the downsides, at least to us, was the trains that went by all through the night.
