What to use on slide out seals

What product do you use maintain the rubber on the slide out seals? I saw a video discussing using baby powder. Anyone ever try that before? Or do you use A303?

I use the Camco RV Slide seal conditioner. Seems to work well enough.

Factory techs used/recommended Pledge furniture polish. I bought the dollar store imitation & used it on all rubber seals throughout my 5er for 6+ years & they looked good as new when sold. Spray a rag, wrap around the seal & wipe the seals, easy, no mess & dirt won't stick to it + much cheaper than a special slide conditioner.

Aerospace 303,... apply x2 each year.... since purchased new in 2013 and no problems.
