View Full Version : Keystone Hideout 175LHS Bunk Latch

I have a 2017 Hideout 175LHS and the bottom bunk that has outside door access does not have a latch when lifted up and i can't hold it up to put storage in. Does anyone have a good solution for this or any suggestions? Thanks

Shouldn't it have one of those gas struts to hold it up? Perhaps it's not working or not installed? My previous trailer was a BH with an exterior cargo door and that's how it worked.

It does not have the gas struts. From what i have seen in the wolf pup and the clipper bh models is they use a strap that latches on top something on the side or the bottom of the other bunk. Only issue is i can't find what those latches look like unless i go drive 40 minutes and look at one on a lot for sale.
