This spring we noticed two of our ceiling seam covers had loosened over the winter. The one closest to the A/C and the short one at the left bedroom doorway.
We paid little attention to the root cause and used wood glue to reattach.
This past weekend we camped in the rain. We had water coming in the closed/locked top bunk window as well as at the seam by the A/C.
This spring we had a 10-12 inch wet snow in mid-April. The camper was not yet summerized however it was outside. We are now wondering if the weight of that snow jeopardized the integrity of our roof? Could that excess weight have caused the two seams to release?
Camper at local dealership for complete inspection. They are unable to get to it until August 14.
Any suggestions on areas for us to look to see if the have weigh related damage? There doesn’t appear to be any noticeable damage but we aren’t confident we know what we are looking for.
