My Dish satellite works fine until I connect the coax cable to the outside satellite receptacle. I have tested the cable inside and outside of my fifth wheel and it appears good. I have it hooked up exactly like the Key TV manual says. Still nothing. Someone mentioned that for this system to work, my dish and receiver must be single wire multi switch compatible. Is this correct? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
