Hey folks,

Thought I would share something for others with the Capital Grille.

I purchased this cast iron Griddle on Amazon and it fits perfect...

Pictures are from today...my first run.

It says it’s pre-seasoned, I seasoned it again at home in our stove with vegetable oil.

Nothing stuck to it... I am truly impressed.

It looks like it works really well on the Capital Grill.
