We have a 2019 Cougar 315RLS with iN-Command.
I wish to install a powered vent fan in our bedroom, replacing the plain bug screen.
It is pre-wired for a 2nd AC and assumed 12V would be easy to find.
There are a lot of wires, but have yet to find 12V, either 110v or control wires for iN-Command. No solid green wire, as someone suggested...
I can't really grab it from any of the lights, as they would need to be on to power the fan...
Has anyone found 12V there?
As a last resort. I'll probably install a 110v to 12V converter and tuck it away in the ceiling, along with the wireless controller I plan to use.
Thank you.

In our bedroom we have a continuously powered light in the headboard and continuously powered antenna booster.

If the bathroom is close you could pull 12v from the fan there.

should be plenty of 12v in the storage area below the bedroom

That's a good suggestion. I'll see if I can fish a wire from there. :)

The wire color isn't always an indication of 12 volts. I would probe any close wires you find to see what you get. I found 12 volts for my fan addition, and I still don't know what it's for.

The roof trusses run across the trailer and can block access. Once I took the bathroom fan out and removed the facia trim from the bedroom vent, I was able to see one truss in the way. Pretty easy access to use a cordless drill and make a small hole to run the wire.
Hope this works for your needs. Fan in the bedroom is real nice on warm evenings.

We have the same camper and installed a fan in the bedroom a couple weeks ago. You can relatively easily get power from the bathroom fan. Just takes a little patience to work the wires back to the bathroom fan. Took maybe 10 minutes to get it back there.

Thank you for this info. Sad that 12v is not present with all the others on the prewired box...

The pre wired air conditioner wouldn’t have any 12 VDC there.
The new systems get their DC power across a 4 wire telephone cable. The cable would run from the Zone 1 AC unit electronic control module over to second AC ECM.
However ... I would have thought someone would plum that telephone wire from Zone 1 AC over to pre wired Zone 2 cutout area...
Else.. when adding second AC it would be a pain to fish the wire across the inside of attic area
