Refrigerator door not opening

We have a 2019 Cougar 315RLS. When the kitchen slide is in, you can open the freezer doors but neither of the refrigerator doors. I have talked to several people that say their right hand refrigerator door opens. I saw a video and it showed it opening as a big sales feature. Mine does not clear by about 1/4 of an inch. I contacted Keystone and their response is that it is built to specs and not designed to open.

A couple of weeks back there was a thread on this, I made the comment to move the Island back 1/2 inch so the refer door opens.
