We purchased a 2019 Cougar 29RLD this year. Took it to the beach for the first trip a few weeks ago. My question is does anyone know the size of the gray tanks? It has two, one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom and has two dump valves.Keystone's site only lists it as one 60 gallon? But man we were filling up the bathroom grey tank in a day almost. Had to dump it 3 times in 5 days. Yes we take alot of showers, but this is not our first TT and never filled one so fast. Anyone from Keystone can answer this? Curious

Most likely you've got 2 30 gallon tanks. You'll see that your Black Water tank is also 30 gallon. Use accordingly

I haven’t done this but I have heard of it. You can get a blade valve to put on the sewer outlet to keep it closed at the end. Open up both gray tank valves and the two tanks will equalize. You are basically turning the 2 tanks into 1 big tank. If you try this, make sure you don’t open the black tank when the gray tanks are open. YMMV

This site is owned and operated by a group that is NOT affiliated with Keystone, and before that was owned and operated by an individual that was not affiliated with Keystone.

Not to say there isn’t a “stealth” member but no one on the forum has EVER stated any affiliation to Keystone.

Robroy, my dermatologist would ask “What is the need for frequent showers? Not healthy for your skin.”

I'm sure you have 2 30 gal. grey tanks. We get 3 days on ours using it for normal showers (not navy) and not hurrying. 3 times in 5 days....that's a lot. As far as Keystone monitoring the site, please read the disclaimer at the bottom of this, and every, page. I've never seen or heard from anyone with them.

I had the same issue, I combined both the galley tank and shower tank with PVC, run was about five foot and allowed for drop, include cutoffs on both sides. hope this helps you

The twist on valve does the same with much less work & $$$.
You did a good job though.
