Turning Rear Garage door into Patio?

2013 Fuzion 310- It did not come stock with the rear deck/patio...Am I able to convert mine to a patio/deck? I saw the sticker on the door has a stated weight that would seem to be more than enough to support patio use for my wife and I.

Any thoughts? Any experience?
