So this Thursday we are leaving for our 4000+ mile summer vacation. Today while cleaning the inside up, the ceiling poured at least a cup of water at the ceiling seam/trim over the bed. I pulled trim down but can’t find source. Wet almost the whole way across. I also have some (dry) bubbles or sag above bed, on the front side of that seam trim, where the ceiling starts to roll down behind front cabinets.

I inspected main roof seam between laminate and roof, see no issue with the dicor lap sealant. I can’t find cracks or any looseness to the roof.

I have eternabond, but never used it. Should I just go over this entire seam with it? I have 1 tube of dicor, but I doubt it would cover this whole seam.

Okay scratch that. I found some small cracks in the lap sealant where the water lays.

Can’t remove it all, and there is rain everyday this week. Can I put some fresh dicor over this existing dicor for now, when I get a break in the rain that is...

Yes you can. Just clean the surface.

Thanks, just soap and water, or should I use a little denatured alcohol? I think I read that was safe on our roofs.

All good... cleaned up and fresh dicor. Lucked into a 4-5 hour rain free window here in western PA.
Now we have the couple day waiting game to see how bad the ceiling is going to look.

Good deal. It’s been hot here, but you can keep the rain LOL.

No need to wait for the rain. Then it's too late. Just turn the hose on it. Then if it still leaks at least you can get to it while he sun's still shining.
