Looking for the best tires for 2012 Alpine 3500. I am thinking 12 or 14 ply,a little
expensive but I think in the long run it's worth the price

You will do well with the Sailun S637 tires, either the 80 series or the 85 series. We went with the Goodyear G614 years ago when the Sailuns were just coming out and were difficult to find. The Sailuns seem to be equivalent to the Goodyears at a much lower price. All this after going through five failed Marathons that came on the rig.

There are a lot of RV trailer tire manufacturer's building the ST235/80R16 with a LRG. Sailun is one of them, the GY Endurance is not.

IMO the best fit for you is the ST235/80R16 LRG. It will provide up to 4080# of load capacity at 110 PSI which is more than just sufficient for your axle loads.

Another advantage of gong with that designated size is it conforms to the same load inflation chart as your OE tires.
