Lippert awning parts

Anyone know if you can by parts for the arm of a lippert awning? My parent have a sportsman toyhauler with a lippert awning. One of the arm broke where you pitch it. I have added a picture of the good one. I am only finding entire arm assemblies while looking online. 21913

Give Lippert's Customer Service a call. They are very knowledgeable of parts and repairs. If there's a part available without buying the entire arm assembly, they'll know about it and can get it ordered for you.

If Lippert is like Dometic, they only sell the entire assembly, if you find a source for parts please post.

Dometic does sell parts. It is the metal square tube, and the cylinder. They say the bolt is torqued to spec. But I think that’s the issue from the beginning. The ears broke off on the original and didn’t rotate when the awning was extended.

Dometic does sell parts but I meant I don’t think you can buy individual components of the arm, you have to get the whole arm.
