Anyone have issues with the new”Key TV” multi source signal controllers?
When I hook my satellite to the key tv jack and then go from the satellite jack to my receiver I get no signal. If I bypass the Key TV and go directly to the the receiver from the satellite it works fine.

I’m assuming you are putting coax on KeyTV connection labeled Sat? Is blue light on KeyTV lit?

If above both yes then remove key TV and check coax connection on back of unit and also verify the wall plate connection labeled SAT at TV where receiver is connected.

The coax cables are all color coded so check them one from KeyTV box and same color one at wall plate

I have the exact same problem. Dish playmaker dual port satellite with 211z receiver. Hooked up exactly the way shown in the key tb manual and nothing works. Would like to know if you figure it out.
