Last year we purchased a new to us 2008 37' Raptor. We noticed during the summer that the motor used for raising and lowering the front "landing gear" is REALLY slow.....painfully slow...and would like to replace it before this year's camping season. Looking at it today all I see is Venture Mfg Co with what appears to be model #??940RB-297650. It looks like there are possibly 2 letters before the "940" part, but it's faded and I can't really tell what it is.

My question is....does anyone know what motor this would be or what would be suitable to use as a replacement?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I bought this one last year for my 2008 3812 Raptor.

Before you buy a motor, test your landing gear by raising and lowering manually. I had to buy new landing gears also. the screw rod in the landing gear was losing it's threads. I had to replace the motor due to the bind of the landing gear breaking the motor mount.

Here is a link to the landing gears if you need them also.

Thanks for your suggestion! We have checked our landing gear and it goes up and down manually just fine so thankfully we don't have to purchase that too! I will look at the model of motor you bought! Again, thanks for your assistance!
