Marker lights

Doing a light check today. Front high center light bar. Only have 3 LEDs turn on when I power up docking lights ( got water in lense). But, I thought this was a combo of 3 orange markers and the others were docking lights. Removed light bar to try and find make/model and it only has 2 wires.
What do your guys lights do?
Are there the 3 markers?
Do they also have flood lights?

Maybe I never had center markers, just the 2 corner lights.

Okay, found it. Local truck shop could not source one. I expect this is the same light on a lot of units.
