Cruising around the internet I stumbled on this, I think it will handle anything in Keystones lineup, not to mention last quite a long time.

At 10' tall, it won't fit in the garage, but on the other hand, no need for a broom handle to reach the intercom at CAT scales LOL $120,000 though, plus the cost of a new garage.... Hmmmmm Not sure DW would be smiling after buying that.....

With new one ton 4x4 CC DRW trucks between $80K and approaching $100K its not a far leap, but it wont fit in my garage either. Interesting that length and width are not that much different than a CC DRW when you include the mirrors.

It sure is pretty and functional though. [emoji23]

I solved your problem John. The Cougar comes out of the pole barn and the new TV goes in. Now with all that truck the problem is talking the DW into a bigger fifth wheel. Just tell her about the air operated automatic snow chains. :hide: Let me know when you break the news to her so I can have the spare room ready.

Hank, Hank, Hank.... What are we going to do with you ???? If I recall, you're already "relegated to the garage" since your MIL moved in for an extended visit.... Now you're looking for "company to share the misery" ????

Those automatic snow chains... Now that might just work.... Nah, she'd wrap them around my neck and drag me through the snow...... all the way to that new truck and then I'd be living in it rather than just the dog house.....

I have seen one of these with a painted to match fifth wheel about 15 years ago, it looked sick. But also as I learn more about trucks, I fail to see when this would at all be needed over a Diesel 1-ton DRW 99% of the time. The -350 models are not bringing much beyond a high spec light truck (1-ton DRW). The larger ones though....they are beasts haha.

Would certainly turn heads.

They are fairly common in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale marina areas. Can't tow a $600K Cigarette or Skater with just any old rag. And I might add that www.sportchassis.com is the most poorly built website since Al Gore invented the internet.

Jim,
Does that mean that the trucks are good? Because you cant be good at everything. I can see it now in the board meeting "IT needs more money to develop a better website" "Nope cant do it All of our resources are devoted to building trucks"

I can hear John tied up in the auto chains going down the highway now: wamp-wamp-wamp.

I’ve had an F650 and FL 80, both towed just about anything I wanted for work. Drove a very nice F750 for towing also. But yeah, no drive Thrus was rough. One thing I will miss if we end up with a Dually, maybe my overly round tummy will thank me though

Fish, you sure know how to hurt a guy. Here I was, all tickled with our new F450 and then DW catches me looking over your F650. All I got now is a frown from her and orders to finish washing the RV....

The 650 (Red) Had a turned up 5.9 with a Allison 545 (sucked) but tower very nice

The 750 (Black) had Cat 3126 with Allison 3060 very, very nice.

Fl 80 had 8.3 Cummins with Eaton 9 speed direct. Would only do 60 topped out, needed al 10 or 13 speed badly

Every truck was for a purpose. None of them were great daily drivers after the coolness of them wore off

Those are great rigs for hauling large 5ers, etc. But do you really want to go to the
grocery store and try to park it? Used to have a Ford F350 long bed 4 dr and it was
a pain to park. My Dodge Ram 3500 with 6.5 foot bed is better but still takes up
1-1/2 parking spaces in length instead of two spaces long.

I have one of those, paid for it with the money I hid from her before the divorce.

Well, she just found out about it so, what's the statute of limitations where you're located ??? :whistling:

The park we winter in has a 40 some foot Grand Design towed by a Kenworth that was custom built to haul a Can Am or mini car between the sleeper cab and the 5th wheel hookup.

My "work truck" is a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia. Actually getting a 2020 Evolution model tomorrow. It turns tighter than my F350. But, no. It won't go through the drive-thru.....
