Hi Campers!

We have a Sprinter Copper Canyon 324. It has all the space we need and love camping with it all summer. This winter has been extremely cold up here in the great white north and our fireplace glass has shattered.

Does anyone know where i can get a replacement glass in Edmonton?

It is a Greystone electric fireplace.

I'm not sure what model number Greystone fireplace you have, but I did a search and found this information on the e-Trailer site:

Is there a replacement glass for the Greystone F2611E? Just walked into the RV with a floor of broken glass.

The Greystone 26 Inch Curved Electric Fireplace model F2611E with Remote Control, our part # 277-000394, does not have a replacement front glass part available as a separate item. I did confirm this with the supplier.

This unit carries a 1-year warranty so if the RV is new the dealer may be able to offer you assistance with a warranty replacement.

If not we have this item available for order.
