Welcome to the forum!!!
Your furnace won’t have a pilot light. When you turn the thermostat up with it set to heat, the furnace will go through a series of checks before the flame lights.
Since the fan spins, turn the heat up and then go out to the exhaust ports. You want to listen for a “clicking” of the igniter. If you hear it then it’s probably a gas or gas valve issue. At this point you’ve verified LP bottles have fuel and the stove lights?
If you smell gas at the exhaust ports then it’s either a bad igniter, board, or mud dawbers have covered the burner and igniter.
There is a way to “bench test” a furnace but it needs to be removed from the unit. Try the tests I have described and post results.

Tgdr, Howdy;
Welcome to the forum and the Wonderful :facepalm: World of Keystone ownership.
Something that happens more often then we think so Ill ask ...
Please don't hate me for asking but I noticed that you are in Southern Cal.
so I'll just ask if you have the thermostat turned up above ambient temp's.
and have Heat selected. I know, it's a basic thing but you need to select a
temp. more then 10 degrees above the ambient air temp.
Hope it's as simple as this
