Forum Members,
In the past couple of weeks the site team (moderators) have closed several threads, deleted posts for negative comments and disciplined members for multiple issues including arguing, name calling, derogatory comments toward other members, publically disagreeing with opinions, not facts, but opinions and a host of other things that are too numerous to list.
We fully realize that spring is still "not yet here" and cabin fever has set in for some members. But, that doesn't mean that it's "open season" to attack anybody or anything on the forum. We are all here to learn from each other, to help each other, to form friendships and to make reading and participating on the forum a POSITIVE experience.
The site team urges each of you to take a look at your recent posts and reflect on whether you're a part of the solution or whether you've been a part of the recent problem.
Let's all try just a bit harder to be congenial, to walk in the other person's shoes and to be understanding, not confrontational.
