Hello,

Just bought a 2016 Fuzion and going through it; we have an issue with the Jensen JVRCS1 In Touch system and the dcm screen is only showing the back light. Dcm worked when the trailer was demonstrated, but not only has back light. None of the buttons below the screen appear to do anything. If we turn off the battery disconnect, the screen goes out. When battery disconnect is turn back on - the screen comes back on, with back light only.

Anyone else have this issue ? Any recommendations ?

We don't use or service that system so this is just a WAG, I would look for a reset somewhere. The panel probably just lifts off some mounting tabs, and the reset may be on the back.

Maybe this isn't applicable to where you're located, but up here "in the tundra" when it's extremely cold, most (maybe even all) LCD screens are "blank or even dark" when first turned on in below freezing weather. Have you let the trailer completely warm up and then tried the system?

What happens if you long press the power button. This should pop up a shutdown control on the screen. If the screen is totally not working it won’t do anything but it might give it a kick in the teeth that gets something to happen.

BTW, in NJ, my screen has always functioned in even the coldest winter days when the RV hasn’t been occupied or heated. It has to so I can start and exercise my generator.

If it has a white screen, it might come back once or twice, but it's toast. Look up my post, "Jensen incommand shout out". Jensen is who you want to get in touch with.

Just going through the replies

We are in gulf coast area of Texas, so cold is not an issue.

We have tried holding the power button for a few minutes and no change to the white screen

Will check out the post on Jensen.

Thanks for all the replies.

Thanks All,

I called and spoke to ASA and they are setting me up for an exchange of the screen. As Curtthegreat stated in a separate post thread - They folks are ASA are a great group to work with.
