IRC Valve Block for slideouts

I need to replace the hydraulic hose to my kitchen slideout. The 5er has the 4 way IRC block assembly so I was planning to close the valve to the kitchen slide out.

The assembly says to turn the knob CCW but it doesn't say if that is to open or close the valve. Also, is this turn it all the way until it stops CCW to close/open the valve and then all the way CW to open/close it?

So is it open or closed now? Turn the opposite way it is now! Normally the righty tighty lefty loosey, CW closed, CCW open, is usually the case.

yep, that's it. CCW open, CW close. I got so frazzled with this thing that that normal logic escaped me.
