Jensen stereo in 2018 Fuzion 371 TH

Has anyone figured out how to get your iPhone to pair with the stereo? I have tried everything I can think of. I sent the manufacturer an email. They said to call them during a weekday when i’m In front of it (they are east coast and we are west coast) and they would help me out.

Besides the three hour time difference, I work during the day and the trailer is usually in storage. We even went as far as having the dealer replace the stereo because we thought it was defective.

Any words of wisdom or great suggestions is appreciated.

I believe your 2018 might have a newer model than mine so ymmv - there was a button marked BT to setup the paring. Also there is a Jcontrol app you can download for your phone, either android or iphone, that allows for remote control of the unit.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I can get the stereo into pairing mode but it won’t pair with either of our phones. I have a new iPad I may try. I’ve sat with the manual on my lap going through it line by line.

I’ve got the app, but it can’t be used until the phone is paired.

I believe you need to put the stereo in pairing mode first. Then put your phone in pairing mode.
