Finally the perfect 1/2 ton towable that the weight police won't object to.

I was thinking about getting a Falcon Lite to tow behind my bicycle:)

That’s a nice little package. I wish my trailer was that color.

You know, when I was a kid I would have thought the Falcon light was a pretty neat deal. Problem is at that time we were having kids so the unit was nothing I would need. I'm sure, someone, in some place in life, would like this trailer. It looks smaller than my Jayco pop up but with a few more amenities. At 16k plus vs the 2-3k I spent back then (new) the pop would be a no brainer....I suspect new pop ups cost considerably more but would not even think about 16k for one. Nowadays there would be zero way we would consider something that small....we would stay home and go out with a tent for that price.

15 gal black water tank. Is that a single use tank?

My 1st TT was 14 footer by Reddale. It had a single bed over the booth/bed. Also had a toilet, no HWH or holding tanks but the 6 gal tank under the toilet. We made it work with 2 small children for about 3 years. It's biggest use was for me to sleep/nap in as I worked grave yard and it was parked in the driveway. Since I have had 2 truck campers that were bigger and several TTs much bigger.

Whoever buys it will probably switch to a compost toilet anyway. That idea does not appeal to me though.

Seems to me the little tanks beg for electric dump valves. Use the toilet, flush then dump. Wash your hands, dry your hands then dump the gray. Of course I'm exaggerating on the frequency of draining the tanks, just having fun.

Many years ago we had a Coleman pop up trailer. Essentially it was a 5x7 aluminum box trailer with two fold out plywood platforms that made into beds with 2" foam "mattresses" and a green canvas tent that folded out over the entire "tent". No water, no propane, no plumbing and no toilet. We had a little "cassette toilet" that held 2 gallons of waste, easy to dump into any toilet and recharge with a gallon of fresh water to "flush when necessary".

You'd be amazed how much one of those will hold when you've got a DW and a 3 yo DD, both afraid of the dark and both who drink lots of water before bed.....

15 gallon holding tanks? done properly, that's a week of "dry tent camping" if the outdoor facilities are used during the day and bathing/dish washing is done down by the creek.....

Why is this in the 5th Wheel forum??????

Speaking for myself, I'd say it's in the 5th Wheel forum because that's where the OP posted it and it's not important enough to spend the time moving it to another forum where the same people will read it, ignore it or respond to it.

In the grand scheme of things, why is the question about why it's not in the correct forum location not being asked in the "Forum Admin, News & Member Account Info" section ???

John, my fathers 1st RV was the same trailer you described. We used that from my grade school and high school years maybe 10 total. Funny thing is looking back and then to the new RVs I have owned. I never felt it was difficult to enjoy camping and hunting in that trailer even if it was just a metal box with a tent on top. I do not recall mom complaining about no toilet or us 3 kids mad about sitting outside eating at a covered table to keep the rain off. There was a propane heater in it and we thought that was really something. I took a guy hunting this year, he is 66 and never used or stayed in a RV. He was a little put out that we had limited water and had to quit using the toilet as the black tank was getting full after the 5 day. He said he could not believe RVs have such small tanks. He really liked not needing to wake up and put wood into a stove to stay warm.

Why is this in the 5th Wheel forum??????

I believe if you'll notice the big box on the right side of the page reads "recent threads" that includes topics from EVERY category listed whether it be 5th, tt, or pop ups made by Keystone.
If you post in whatever category you think I shouldn't be in it will appear in the "recent threads" section & you'll get responses from owners that don't have your particular rv. They are all Keystones with the same vendors/suppliers/factories so in my opinion all are welcome.
Funny the same question was ask of me on the Thor forum, why I was interrupting the DRV owners with my Redwood questions, but at the top of the forum page a Redwood was pictured.

I thought this thread was posted under the fifth wheel section because it was those guys poking fun at the rest of us with smaller trailers. Good natured of course. Haha
