Some time back there was a post about a brand of glue to use on the edge of decals to prevent further peeling.
I did a search here and came up with a lot of decal threads.
I'm thinking it was John that posted the brand of glue.

I think this is the thread you're trying to find:
http://www.keystoneforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1115&highlight=glyptol

I mentioned GLYPTAL decal edge sealant that we used on vinyl decals we put on aircraft and missiles in the Air Force. If I'm remembering correctly, that was a clear varnish that was formulated to seal solder connections on printed circuit boards that we "repurposed" for use on decals. It worked great, but with the current "pollution and environmental standards" it may have disappeared or caused so much cancer that it was outlawed.... One post, in that thread suggested clear fingernail polish as an "edge sealer". I haven't tried it for RV decals, but do use clear fingernail polish on fishing rod line guides and ferrule windings with good success.

Through your local sign shop, or wherever. you can get SealIt edge sealing felt tip dispensers or 3M also sells edge sealer for graphics.

Glyptol 1202 sounds like what you're describing. The smallest quantity seems to be a quart. I'm thinking I'll try the clear fingernail polish first. I have a decal on the front cap that has cracked where the cap bends to the rear. Not peeling much...yet.
Surprisingly my other decals are in good shape. I have scrubbed over them, compounded and waxed with a orbital buffer over them, and they still look good. The only one that I haven't compounded over cracked, of course. Seems everyone has issues with the front cap but me.
I looked on my Amazon wish list for this glue and found Solarez fly tie resin. I don't tie flies so I'm wondering if this is something someone mentioned for decals. A search revealed nothing.

You get a lot of mileage out of 1 sealit pen, super easy to use. All you need to do is seal the adhesive edge under the vinyl. It is the degradation of the adhesive that leads to edge peal.
