Hello, new to the forum, but wondering if it is just me and my ipad. It takes 45 seconds to a minute for every page to load, while any other page on the internet takes zero time.
is it just me or the internet provider I am using?

Well, answering my own question, switched ISP’s, and it has sped up to normal.

What's the FBO for? In my mind (as twisted as it is) I immediately think Fixed Base Operator which is an aviation term.

Yup. I fly from one FBO to another and eat their cookies!:)
