2019 fuzion 424 couch usb oulet dies

Any tips on troubleshooting the couch usb ports behind back fold down sofa? We have had our unit just two months. Both of the backrest couch ports have worked, now sides, dead.the heat massage and lights built in to couch still function. That tells me the pop up outlet/usb port box must be the issue. Any easy fix? TIA

mine have come unplugged from the wall behind the couch a few times. I should have clarified, the outlets are all plugged in on the back wall. The couch heat light massage options work and they are plugged into the same box as the back cusion couch pulldown with built in. Any other troubleshooting suggestions?

I assume these USB ports are to supply power to your devices??? If so I would be looking for a blown fuse if they were working and now don't . There must be a source item and perhaps it has blown a fuse. Did you check the Fuse box center? Was something particular going on just prior to the failure?

I’m 2016 so likely a little different but each of my chairs has two plugs. I’m not sure of the split but I think one is for heat and the AC outfit in the chair arm and is the one with the true ac cord and the other is probably for the USBs since it is a AC/DC converter plug and a DC cord runs to the chair. Are you able to confirm both are plugged in on yours? One might have slid under the couch.
