Awning lights problem

We have a 2018 sprinter campfire 26rb. Last night we tried to turn awning lights off (had zero problems previous nights) and they wouldn't turn off. Tried using switch and remote. Even when all power is disconnected this am along with battery and electric off they are still on? Any ideas?

If ALL power sources are turned off and the lights are still on, then there is a problem. I haven't heard of factory awning lights being battery operated so I would expect them to turn off (die out) once all power has been removed from the coach.

Now that is one heck of a Phantom power source. Never heard that 1 before will be interested to hear what you find out.

i had the same problem.. i charged up my remote then reprogramed it and the problem went away.
