So my husband and I excitedly purchased a new 36 ft keystone Montana about 4 weeks ago. We had issues on our first trip where our battery wouldn't stay charged. As well the hot water heater clicked on but didn't always click off. We also had an issue where the air conditioning would't cool the bedroom off at all. We took it to the dealer and they had no solutions for these issues. This weekend the trailer was parked in front of our house plugged in to charge the bTtery and it burnt to the ground? Thankfully no one was hurt but we are astonished.
