Hello Keystone “family”!
We are the excited owners of a new Passport Elite 19RB, although we haven’t picked it up yet. It will be escorted around the country by a 2014 Ford F-150. We are not new to camping, having honeymooned in a tent nearly half a century ago. When the ground grew too hard and lumpy we graduated up to a used canvas pop-up which we literally wore out. Our next home away from home was a tiny Aliner Scout which served us very well for 6 years until plumbing also became a determination of camping comfort. The first RPod was a great little camper, but after two years we decided the wetbath was a little too cozy and moved up to an Rpod 180 with a ‘real’ bathroom. This one we thought was going to be with us for many years as we liked everything about it ...except for the endless succession of major manufacturers defects (poor workmanship and quality control) in plumbing, electrical, construction and finish. Our dealer was great, and no matter which state we were in at the time, they helped find an authorized dealer to make urgent repairs. After much hand ringing (we really did like that camper!) and even more research, we found the Passport Elite 19RB and immediately liked the floor plan, size, options and finish, and we are cautiously hopeful that it lives up to its reputation for quality construction. Being somewhat recently retired, having kids and grandkids here and yon around the country and a healthy dose of wanderlust makes us hope THIS camper is with us for a very long time! We enjoyed the other forum for its fun stories and helpful hints and look forward to being part of the Keystone family!

Welcome and hope yours is as trouble free as ours has been. A good dealer, service department and a good PDI always is a good start.
