5th wheel hitch cleaning/lubing

I have the RBW "lil rocker". Actually two but that is a story for another day😁

Is there any special way to clean/lube? Any special products? I have usually just used silicone spray for lubricating.

I've never heard of that brand and I suspect others haven't either which is why you aren't getting any responses. I found some white lithium spray lube that I've been pretty happy with for my B/W slide hitch.
