Is the exterior back wall vacuumed , because the ones I look at are not. Not sure how it supposed to be made. It seems flimbsy. Keystone hideout fifth wheel.

The rear wall is not a vacuum formed component. There would be no way to attach the frame to the sides (internally) if it were a single, solid piece. The rear wall is built as a frame (aluminum or wood) and the interior wall is attached. That is installed on the trailer, then the insulation and wiring are installed. Lastly the exterior FILON is hung in place. It is a "free floating" skin that is only held in place around the perimeter and where lights, windows or vents are mounted. Otherwise it's a "floating wall". Expect that when the sun hits it, it'll heat up, expand and "oil-can" (buckle and bulge). Also, when it cools, it'll shrink, tighten up and look less "flimsy".....
