Recently bought a 2017 Keystone Montana High Country, as an upgrade from our 1991 Keystone Sprinter 33’ pull trailer. Our trailer has been very good to us over the years but has none of the modern slide outs or convinces they have today. Looking forward to some great trips. We had looked at similar models with the living area up front and bed room in the back and finally pulled the trigger last month and purchased the Montana toy hauler. A rather unique TH, using the queen size bed raising and lowering to make room for the toys. This allows the full 40ft to be spread across each of the rooms. Looking forward to using the auto leveling system. The old manual system was getting pretty old. I got an Anderson new light weigh hitch and pulling it with my 6.6 Durmax in my Chevy 2500, with a set of 5000 Airlighter bags. Looking forward to learning about fifth wheeling.

You will enjoy your 5th wheel. Easier to pull, park and maneuver around. We have pulled both travel trailers and 5th wheel and love the 5ver. We presently pull a 34' Heartland Greystone around the country with a 2012 F-250 6.2 gases and have NO problems pulling or stopping. Looking to upgrade next year and have looked at the Keystone Laredo and Cougar along with a Jayco Eagle, all around 34' or so. Looked at the Montana, very nice, but then I would need a bigger and newer truck to pull it around. We live in Phoenix, AZ but most of our family is located in the mid-west so we have spent sometime camping around that area. Anyhow, welcome to the forum, very friendly and helpful people here! Enjoy and be safe out there!!

I just traded in my 2016 Platinum for a 2018 Ultimate Lariat. I must admit it's nicer and more options than my platinum. Actually pulled my 40ft Alpine with much ease.
