?? about rubber roof is liquid rubber brand name roof coating any good will it extend the life of my roof for 5 years plus because im now 70 and i'm not sure how much longer i'm going to want to climb up there :CF:

Any grand kids? If so, get them up there to clean the roof and do the caulking repair. If the roof material still looks good, I wouldn't mess with a coating liquid, just might make thing worse. How old is the roof?
