Furrion Microwave Problems

Hello, I am out on first trip with new Alpine, 3650RL and Microwave does not work. Light comes on, turn table spins back and forth but food does not get hot, read all instructions no luck, any suggestions, thanks?

Yours is probably a combination microwave/convection oven as ours is. Did you press the microwave function button first before you set anything else? Just a thought. :)

Unfortunately it sounds like the magnetron is not firing. Most likely defective unit.

Yes I did push microwave button first. Also spoke to someone and sent e-mail to Furrion about problem. Furrion call rep. walked me through a bunch of steps and it did not work as well. He told me he was going to try the microwave in there lunch room and call me back before end of day, but no call back as of yet so I guess they are stumped... Being that my unit is on a seasonal site he told me they would have to send someone out to me, I guess they are trying to figure something out.
