2017 327 RLK floor issue

Bought our unit new last August and have been out about 7 times with no issues with slideouts until last time out. When we opened the main slideout we discovered 2 small holes on the flooring in front of the fireplace. When we got home we opened it again to find one of the holes became slightly bigger. It is at the dealer now being checked out. Anyone else have the same issues? Thanks in advance for your responses.

If you are talking the vinyl flooring, the fix will be interesting, as it is one solid piece front to back. A picture would have been nice.

We had one screw back out through the vinyl between dinette and kitchen island, bumping up and finally popping through the vinyl. Have since screwed it back in and it has not come back out, but still have small "screw hole" in the vinyl.
