Ac ducts not wrapped

I have a 2017 sprinter 20th Anniversary 269FWRLS bought in January 2018 a light in bathroom went out I took the fixtures out and water poured of the ceiling and I looked up in at the duct work and no wrapping just wet ductwork. No wrapping in the whole fifth wheel. What do ya'll thank the Dealer should do? One refund my money 2.give me another fifty wheel. To fix they have to remove the hole ceiling from front to rear.

Welcome to the forum! Sorry you have to deal with this issue on a new rig. When you say "pouring out", I would suspect a roof leak as opposed to a condensation problem. Bring it to your dealer so it can be evaluated. Let us know.

Going to dealer on the 6July local keystone Dealer that keystone told me to take the unit to told he that he didn't sale me the unit and his Dealer ship was not going to work on it.I have to drive 75 miles away to the Dealer that sold me the unit, that Dealer wont retrun your phone calls.
