2002 keystone cougar

As you all have seen I have a cougar 281efs. It's a 02 model needs the front side redone on it. An I'm trying to decide if it's worth fixing it and using it for a couple years or not. What I want to do is put the under the awning lights on it. Moryride steps on it. Maybe a new radio and outdoor speakers. Any other mods that are worth having that won't break the bank. Cause this camper was free for helping my dad on his house. And if I get a new one the fiancé wants the fuzion toy hauler.

Describe why you believe it needs a new front. Explain and post photos, some on here including me might be able to tell you it may not be needed to replace it. Explain are you going to do the work or a shop.

It delaminated in the front side back to the window. That's the best picture I got of it right now.16828
