Just courious about an issue I hear mentioned all the time. I know some people may be full timing in their RV and possibly have no choice to take it to a shop now when the issue occur. So my question is does everyone call ahead to make an appointment to have their RVs worked on or do you just take it to the dealer for them to fix. I read horror stories about dealers having them for several months to get what seems like a minor issues repaired but I also realize that there maybe issues as to whether warranty will cover items. I also know a lot depends on the dealer as to the quality and timeliness of the repair. I'm not defending the dealers by no means but it just seems like people are quick to diss the dealer for reasons of having their RV for so long but did they call to schedule their RV in or did they just drag it in and demand it get repaired??:hide:
